They did help me quickly, which I appreciated, but I felt a little misled about what to expect going in. The service was fast, just not exactly what I thought I was signing up for.

"Good coffee, just a bit pricey for me"
I’ve ordered from illy a few times now, i’ve never had any major issues. The coffee tastes good, and I like knowing I’m buying from a brand that feels dependable. Delivery wasn’t exactly quick for me, but it arrived fine, so I can’t really complain. My only thing is the price, it feels a little high for what I usually like to spend, which is why I’d give it 4 stars.

"Super easy subscription"
I really like that the subscription isnt annoying to manage. I can skip a delivery or change how often it shows up without having to call anyone, which is a huge plus. Its made it way easier to keep coffee at home without ending up with too much.

My illy order showed up exactly how I placed it. I got the right coffee, the right amount, and nothing was missing. Ive had mix-ups with other sites before, so it was nice not having to email anyone or sort anything out. It was a simple experience, and Im happy with it.

I ordered coffee from illy.com and the first thing I noticed was the smell when I opened the bag. It was fresh, strong, and made the whole kitchen feel like a little cafe, which is mostly why I liked it so much. The taste is good too, but for some reason the aroma is what sold me more than anything. I took one star off because the delivery was a little slow, even though that doesn’t really change the coffee itself.

"Nice coffee, kinda loud"
Picked up this illy espresso machine a few weeks back. So far, good. Heats up quick. Coffee tastes great. Strong espresso, nice crema. Only downside, it’s a bit loud in the morning. Not a huge deal though. Still happy with it

"Pretty easy checkout overall"
Checking out on illy.com was simple for me. I paid with my card, and the payment page was clear with no weird extra steps. The only thing was that it took a little longer to load after I clicked pay, so for a minute I wasn’t totally sure if the order went through. I did get the confirmation email shortly after, though. Overall, it was a fine experience, just wish it was a bit faster.

I’ve ordered from illy.com a few times now, and it’s kind of confirmed what I already thought about them. I’ve always liked the coffee, but I also wanted to feel like I wasn’t just buying from a company that says all the right things. The sustainability info, responsibly sourced coffee details, and B Corp stuff were all easy to find, which made me feel better about sticking with my usual cans. Delivery was smooth, the packaging wasn’t excessive, and the coffee tastes great like always. Easy 5 stars from me

"Refund took a bit, but support helped"
I had to return my order, and the refund wasn’t exactly instant. I think I sent it back on a Monday, or maybe it was Tuesday, can’t remember. Support did get back to me though and sorted it out. The money showed up a few days later, so overall it was okay...

"Pleasantly Surprised by How Reliable They Are"
I order from illy every few weeks, i’ve been pleasantly surprised by how dependable it’s been. Most of my deliveries show up right on time, and the tracking is easy enough to follow. I did have one order arrive a day later than expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. The boxes always come in good shape, and overall I feel like I can trust them to get my coffee to me without any hassle.

"Arrived Fast and Coffee Was Fine"
I ordered coffee from illy and it showed up quickly. The outer box had a few dents and one corner was a little crushed, so naturally I was a bit concerned at first. But once I opened it, everything inside was fine. The tins were sealed, no leaks, and the coffee wasn’t damaged. A bit more padding would probably be a good idea, but overall it worked out okay.
